5th November 2003. The System of Production line Tracking, planned and
implemented by MC Consulting S.p.A. for Cantine Settesoli, was certified as
being in accordance with regulation UNI 10939 by DNV, an independent
certification authority accredited by Sincert.
The certification allows Mandrarossa to affix the Tracking logo to each bottle.
This indicates that the wine carries information relating to every stage along
the whole production line..
Furthermore, today the consumer will also find stamped on each label the identity
code which allows him to trace back the entire genealogy of the wine right down
to the name of the grower and the date of the harvest.
Naturally the System of Production Line Tracking extends to the entire range of
wines produced and distributed by Mandrarossa, wines which are active on the market
under different brand names valued also for their recognised quality/price factor.
Via the code printed on the product, the buyer will obtain clear, definite and understandable
information on the production line of the chosen wine. The information is organised in the following
chronological order:
Materials used for the production
Vats, blending tanks, dates of the work and procedures
Vines of origin, date of harvest, identity of the co-operative grower
